Is the party messy?
There is an element of mess, however we try to keep it to a minimum by supplying table covers etc. We do recommend that the children don’t wear their best party clothes for the first hour; they’re always welcome to change into these for the disco.
How many children can you accomodate?
Our science parties are suitable for up to a maximum of 15 children
Where shall we hold the party?
A Sense Parties Science party can be held wherever you like; at home, in a local venue or even in the garden (although we will need access to power for the disco).
What kind of experiments will the children do?
We do a huge range of experiments which differ based on the age of the children; however popular experiments include slime making, walking on eggs, jumping balls and many others.
What sets Sense Parties apart from other companies?
There are many Princess parties out there, however very few are as experienced as our entertainers. Our princess entertainers are ‘not just a pretty face’ they’re professional actors with years of experience of playing a part and entertaining a crowd. Our entertainers are experts in entertaining, engaging and making the children laugh!

What are our parties about?

Unlike any other science party, a Sense Science Party is all about the children doing the experiments! They’ll get to explore all sorts of different experiments from slime making to walking on eggs (yes walking on eggs!) Even better, our super professor entertainers will do all of the cleaning up!

After the food break, there’s an awesome disco complete with party games, dancing, music, lights and snow machine!

About Us

A Sense Party combines the magic of theatre and the fun of the performing arts and packs the party full of games to make your child´s party one to remember! We make sure your child´s birthday is their favourite day of the year and that all of the other parents are talking about the party outside the school gates for weeks to come!
Sense Parties was launched in 2011 by Lauren Prentice. Lauren was teaching children drama and seeing how much the children loved the classes, parents were begging her to entertain at their child's party. Soon the word got around and Sense Parties now average 50-100 children's parties per month. 
Sense Parties entertainer's are the best in the business, all professional actors and teachers they know all of the tricks of the trade to get even the shyest child joining in and laughing along with their friends. 
Specialising in themed parties, Sense Parties can turn their hands to any theme; from Superheroes to Pirates, Princesses to Chocolate and everything else in between, Sense Parties love a challenge and can create a party and a package to suit a theme dreamt up by even the wildest of imaginations.

Our team

Lauren Prentice worked as an actress for many years before launching Sense Parties in 2011. Being a big kid herself, Lauren is the perfect person to head up Sense Parties, with almost 10 years of experience planning kids parties she's an expert in the industry.
